The plum trees are in full bloom, as are the Sunflowers, Poppies, Bee's Friend, Seashell Cosmos, Nasturtiums, Linaria, Hummingbird Sage, Penstemons, Mexican Oregano, Rue, Bachelor's Button, Amaryllis, Red Buckwheat,
Evening Primrose,Wild Arugula, Thai Basil, pink Geraniums, White Clover, Comfrey, Chives, Lavender, Cleveland
Sage, Calendulas, Lupines, Apples, Yellow Clover, and Nectarine.The Pineapple Guave, is covered with fruit,
the Yellow Primroses are very tall, and becoming taller, the roses are looking very beautiful, the Miner's lettuce is starting to size up, the Sweet Peas are beginning to bloom and are awesome, the Queen Anne's Lace is getting taller, and about ready to bloom, January Nordman 's rhubarb is getting very large, her artichoke, looks as if it might cover two raised beds, soon , and her Yellow Rose, against the water tank, is gorgeous, and soon will reach spectacular status!
The purple tomatillo, below the Fireside Room, is covered with yellow flowers, the
Sunflowers, next to the tomatillo, are opening with purple flowers, and will be covered with flowers, in two weeks.
The water, stored in the green water tank, is nearly out, as the volunteers, and young transplants, needed the pure water, from our recent rains. A huge amount of mulch has been placed by the entry to the parking lot, and near the west garden bed, and has been spread in many areas, to help our plants, deal with heat, during the summer.
